What a week! Field-trips, Valentines Day, science experiments on the yard, robot building and Science Night all accompanied our normally scheduled activates and academics. Your kindergartners gracefully slid through the week, as though it was any other. I saw a ton of smiles and heard an abundance of laughter as this week took form. All of this was done with the mounting energy of an impending holiday propelling them ever forward.
We also began to explore coins and money, and familurize the kindergartners with the feel, shape and value of coins. They should be able to identify coins by name, as well as by how much each coin is worth.
I say again, WHAT A WEEK!!
